At the beginning of every year, l’Empreinte launches a new calendar that showcases the incredible technical prowess of our artisans! This is a time for us to explore new directions and push the limits of printing.

This will be the second year that we will highlight the works of the Québec artist Arcade Latour. He has long been fascinated by the possibilities that working with printer’s ink can bring, so it is now a central element of his artistic process. The incredibly intense colours and dense textures are what make his works so unique. While creating this 2019 calendar, our artisans were inspired by his compositions and crafted a print project that is truly extraordinary.
