L’Empreinte is carbon offset for the year 2021

The energy of the building and service vehicles of l'Empreinte is carbon offset for the year 2021!

For several years now, we have chosen to adopt a sustainable and eco-friendly business model by heating our plant with heat from the presses, by promoting recycling, and by recovering solvents, varnishes and water.

Our approach does not stop there, as we have decided to offset our greenhouse gas emissions in 2021 by joining forces with the organisation Naturelab.world. This action allows us to support an agro-forestry, conservation and reforestation project in Peru and is validated by having obtained our official VCS (VERRA) certificate.

Our main goal for the coming years is to pursue our approach to environmental protection.
